The project
Eleve Living is S. Anna Developments' newest residential development: a three-storey apartment building with covered parking and perimeter fencing, designed for a plot in Geroskipou, Paphos. The design renders show a confident contemporary composition of cantilevered volumes, full-height glazing, and grey Graffiato-rendered facades, softened by timber-effect vertical battens and frameless glass balustrades. A covered ground-floor carport, a dedicated accessible parking bay, and a landscaped entrance with a slatted perimeter fence set the tone for nine private residences arranged across the three floors above.
Delivery in detail
The building is organised around a central staircase and elevator core serving the ground-floor parking level, three residential floors, and roof-level access. Each upper floor holds three apartments, a mix of homes ranging from around 50m2 to just over 100m2 of internal area, each paired with a covered veranda from a few square metres up to a generous 18m2 terrace, plus a private storage room. Specified materials include Stopray double glazing, grey-finish aluminium frames, frameless glass balustrades, Graffiato textured render, HPL cladding, and timber-effect batten screening, the palette visible throughout the design renders. Architectural drawings for the project (plot 38451/20, Geroskipou Municipality) are signed by architect Polykarpos Vasileiou, reg. no. A167958.
